  1. Residence, curate and lecturer: The Rector does not reside neither is there a resident Curate but a nonresident, who resides at Jacobstow by reason of its being a very small parish with a Salary of twenty six Guineas per year. There is no Lecturer.

  2. Other benefices: I am only the Curate.

  3. Divine service at other churches: I perform Divine Service at Jacobstow.

  4. Frequency of divine service: Divine Service is performed but once a Sunday being a small congregation.

  5. Frequency of communion: The Sacrament of the Lords Supper is administer'd four times in the year the number of Communicants are about sixteen.

  6. Catechising of children: From the middle of May to the latter end of June.

  7. Church fabric: The Church & Chancel is in good Repair & the Churchyard is well kept and all things are decent for Divine Service.

  8. Glebe terrier: There is a Copy of the Terrier of the Glebe Lands Houses &c:

  9. Number of families: About Twenty.

  10. Chapels: There is none.

  11. Papists, dissenters and meeting houses: There are none.

  12. School, alms-houses, hospital and charitable endowments: There are none.

  13. Charity: There are none.

    Priest's orders and institution: My Priest orders bear Date June the fourteenth 1778
